7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

How to Request a Return

• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photos or videos showing the product and the problem.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. We will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After reviewing your request, we will arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind.
• Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition.
• Products without original packaging (where applicable).
• Slight color differences caused by lighting or screen settings.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through JazzCash or Easypaisa within 7–10 business days after approval. Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective or incorrect product.
